István Éliás

After graduating from the Juhász Gyula Teacher Training College, he continued his studies in visual and environmental culture/museum pedagogy at the Moholy-Nagy University of Arts. For two decades, he has been planning and leading group sessions related to fine art exhibitions, curating thematic study exhibitions and organizing various art events. He was the founder and director of the Museum Pedagogical Workshop in Miskolc and the ‘Great Art’ – Museum of Contemporary Art Studies. He is currently the curator and art teacher of the Herman Ottó Museum – Miskolc Gallery. He is a member of the freely organized Hanging Garden Art Mediation Office. As an employee of the Museum Education and Methodology Center, he is the coordinator of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, working on the integration of contemporary art into pedagogical processes.

At the conference, he will express his thoughts on the Youth Exhibition.
